Europa Park is one of the largest theme parks in Europe, located in Rust, between Freiburg and Offenburg, not far from the French border and Strasbourg. If we encounter an issue, where the customer could be exposed to for example late arrival, we will contact you immediately and recommend a suitable pick-up time. The driver will be informed about the change and will have enough time to amend the journey and prepare the car to meet our high standards, and everything is perfect, including your transport experience.
